I don't really want to be at work today. I think I'm getting sick. My coworker was sick with some weird illness that she doesn't know about, then her daughter was sick. And to top it off one of the kids from the play is seriously sick, the doctor told his mom it was strep throat without even doing a strep test....his symptons do not sound like strep. I think I got whatever I have contained, I've been taking nyquil at night and doing the vitamin C thing. Hopefully it won't get any worse than a sore throught and a little congestion. I have finally heard back from that job I interviewed with waayyyyyy back at the begining of the year. I have a follow up interview on Friday at 2. yaay for me! I also applied for another billing position that they had listed too, since I didn't hear from the other chick. I updated my resume on Monster because I'm so ready to move on, this place is driving me bonkers with the lack of management and common sense. But I keep getting people trying to offer me insurance agent jobs way far away, duh my resume says MEDICAL BILLING and only in Ithaca or Schuyler county. Crazy people, I'm not that desperate for a job. I hate sales, and I hate insurance, definitely don't want to combine the two lol. I did come across another job posting in Ithaca that I applied for, I would really prefer getting the job that is only a mile away from my house, but I'll still take a job in Ithaca depending on what it is. This one was a Medical Billing company down at the other end of the street from where I currently work. So that wouldn't be so bad plus I would get more experience in Medical Billing so that I can take my Coder test. I'm hoping that the classes will help boost my chances of getting the job that I have an interview for this week. I have to bring her an updated resume, and remember to let them know that I hope to take a week off in October. Speaking of which, <a href="http://cozycabin.wordpress.com/>here is</a> the cabin we are going to stay at. Turns out it's in New Hampshire not Vermont like Chuck had told me. It's only $700 for a week, so that's not too shabby. Dan is going to pay $200 towards it, so we will pick up the rest. The boys will go out hiking during the day and come back to a hot meal. I'll be lounging, and reading, and exploring the woods and town by the cabin. So excited! Going to be gone from 10/24 until 10/31.
